Admissions Policies

Admission

Tickets and/or credentials, in the form provided by The Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”), will be required for admission into the Ryder Cup. Please retain your ticket or credential at all times as security personnel will not allow admission into the event for individuals without an appropriate ticket or credential. Please do not tamper or interfere with the admission technology on, or within, the ticket or credential. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or credentials.

Re-Admission Policy

There will be no daily re-entry to the grounds. If you leave the grounds, you must have an unscanned ticket/credential to return to the Ryder Cup. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer provide admission. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs have been posted.

Refund Policy

There shall be no refunds, exchanges or replacement of tickets except as provided for in the Event Cancelation / Weather Policy.

Event Cancelation / Weather Policy

There shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacement of tickets if at least three (3) cumulative hours of play are held on the day specified on this ticket. If there are fewer than three (3) cumulative hours of play on the day specified on this ticket, PTC and the PGA reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to provide ticket holder with one of the following: (i) a full refund, (ii) a partial refund, or (iii) the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event or exchange this ticket for a comparable ticket to a different day in the Ryder Cup. To the extent that this ticket provides entrance into an upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Ryder Cup attendees, any refund or ticket exchange shall be limited to the portion of the ticket that provides access to the grounds, unless the upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Ryder Cup attendees was not available on the originally scheduled date for at least three (3) hours.
