On-course hospitality is limited and packages are moving quickly. Do not wait. Purchase now to ensure your company will be at the 2020 Ryder Cup.

Purchasing now will allow you to divide your payments over two years. Suite and table locations will be assigned based on several factors, but the largest being the return date of your Letter of Intent.

25% deposit is due with your Letter of Intent and future payments are due in December 2019 and March 2020. Check, wire transfer or major credit cards are accepted.

Kohler is located one hour north of Milwaukee (60 miles), one hour south of Green Bay (60 miles) and two hours north of Chicago (140 miles).

Both Milwaukee (MKE) and Green Bay (GRB) have easily accessible airports one hour away. Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport is just over two hours from Kohler.

PGA has contacts in place to assist hospitality clients with hotel rooms in various price ranges in Milwaukee, Green Bay and nearby areas. Another option for hospitality clients is home rentals near the course and surrounding areas. There are a variety of homes, sizes and amenities to review.

Guests will enjoy a different daily menu featuring a continental breakfast; a full lunch buffet offering a variety of salads, sides and entrées; afternoon food service and desserts each day (Wednesday to Sunday). Six hours of open bar featuring an assortment of beer, wine and liquor is included each day. Companies with chalets can add to their daily menu, as well as extend bar hours.

Yes, companies that purchase hospitality through the PGA of America will be given priority for tee times at Destination Kohler’s nationally-ranked golf courses, reservations for fine dining and appointments at the 5-star spa during Ryder Cup week.

Gates typically open between 6:00am–7:00am and close between 6:00pm–7:00pm. Events and times are subject to change.

If you are purchasing a chalet, the price includes a standard interior décor, food and bar package. You may opt to customize your décor and upgrade your menus, liquor brands and extend your bar hours. Suite and reserved tables are turnkey and do not allow for customization.

Other items you may want to include in your budget are overnight accommodations, ground transportation, airline tickets, dinners/evening activities, golf at area courses and customized Ryder Cup merchandise/gifts with your company’s logo.

The PGA of America is your only source for official, on-site 2020 Ryder Cup hospitality packages. We do not work with third parties or ticket resellers.

Please check the source prior to purchasing or signing a contract to be assured you are working with the PGA of America. Working through the PGA will guarantee your hospitality will be located on the grounds of Whistling Straits, as well as confidence that your tickets are authentic and acquired directly from the PGA.
