The focus of the sports world will return once again to Whistling Straits along the shores of Lake Michigan in Kohler, Wisconsin from September 22 – September 27, 2020 for the 43rd Ryder Cup.
Due to the expected demand, registration for volunteer positions will occur through a random draw. Entries for the random draw will be accepted until March 1, 2019. Those selected in the random draw will have the opportunity to complete an online application for one volunteer position. In April 2019, everyone entered in the random draw will be notified by e-mail whether or not they have been selected.
All Ryder Cup Volunteers must be 21 years of age as of September 22, 2020 and will be asked to work no less than four 4-6 hour shifts. Volunteers will be required to pay a $250 (plus WI tax) Volunteer Uniform Fee. In exchange for this fee, volunteers will receive:
Volunteers will also need access to the grounds of Whistling Straits. Therefore, they will receive a personalized non-transferable Volunteer Credential which will provide access to the grounds all six days of the Ryder Cup.
